Finding your perfect ring size is easy with our ring size guide. Simply wrap a string or paper around the base of your finger, mark the overlapping point, measure the length with a ruler in millimeters, and refer to our ring size chart to find your ideal size. Refund Policy
Customers are eligible for a return within 30 days after the delivery of their item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with all original tags and labels intact. It must also be in its original packaging, and customers must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return request, customers should contact Nabiva's customer support at support@nabiva.com.
No, Nabiva does not accept returns for clearance/special pricing items and gift cards.
Customers should contact Nabiva immediately upon delivery to report any issues with the item. Nabiva will evaluate the situation and take appropriate corrective action.
For exchanges, customers should follow the return process mentioned in Section 1 of our Refund Policy. Once the return is accepted, customers can make a separate purchase for the desired item.
Customers residing in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, without providing any justification, in addition to the regular refund policy.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, customers will be notified about the approval of the refund. If approved, Nabiva will initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that additional processing time by banks or credit card companies may be required.
If more than 15 business days have passed since the return was approved and the refund has not been received, customers should contact Nabiva's customer support at support@nabiva.com.

Shipping Policy

We are not responsible for uncollected parcels resulting from incomplete or incorrect address information provided by the customer. Additionally, unsuccessful delivery attempts by the shipping carrier are beyond our control, and we cannot be held liable for such circumstances.
Delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions and customs clearance procedures, are not our responsibility. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference, and actual delivery times may vary due to external factors.
The customer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred for returns or exchanges, including the return shipping of the original item(s) and the shipping of replacement item(s) for exchanges.
We will not be responsible for reshipping a package returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.
We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, and we will initiate an inquiry with the postal service in case of lost parcels. Refunds will be processed upon receiving official confirmation from the postal service, which may take up to 2 months according to universal postal regulations.
